Nutmeg Essential Oil

Nutmeg essential oil (Myristica fragrans) is known for helping with depression, inflammation, pain, muscle aches and pains, arthritis, rheumatism, sleep, spasms,  libido, itchy scalp, damaged hair, hair growth, constipation, flatulence, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gallstones, mental fatigue, stress, dejection, grief, and guilt.

Nutmeg is a base note and blends well with black pepper, cypress, geranium, clary sage, rosemary, and orange.

Avoid during pregnancy and do not use on children under six years old.
